The Puretec DP Series Dual-Purpose Long-Life cartridges are constructed from a carbon-impregnated non-cellulose media. They offer sediment filtration, as well as taste, odour and chlorine taste, and odour reduction in one cartridge. Unlike cellulose cartridges, DP Series cartridges are resistant to bacterial attack allowing them to be used for non-chlorinated water applications.

The X7-R replacement cartridge is designed specifically for applications with higher sediment and harsher water quality such as rural supplies, areas with older pipe infrastructure and rainwater. With 4 levels of filtration, the PureMix X7 filters out sediment, rust and dirt down to 1 micron*.
