Freight Costs and Delivery Charges
Freight charges are free for orders above $200 excluding GST for deliveries within New Zealand. For orders made below this total amount, a standard flat rate for handling and freight is $10.50 (North Island) and $12.50 (South Island) excluding GST, which will be automatically included with your total to pay at confirmation of your order.
Selected Product Freight Charge: Selected products are not included in the freight free calculation, where a custom order calculation will be made and automatically charged for freight. This freight charged is calculated depending on location and product ordered. To calculate the freight amount check the "my cart" page where the cart totals are shown.
Delivery times may vary depending on the parts ordered and the location of delivery, but you can typically expect to be between 1 to 5 working days (these times are to New Zealand addresses and exclude rural delivery addresses, this is dependent on your rural delivery service)
International customers need to contact us for a quote for freight costs, freight free options do not apply to any international freight.
Goods will not be shipped to a customer until payment is confirmed as received unless a credit account is held.
The Pump Shop may withhold delivery of all or any part of an order at their own discretion.
NZ Freight Map
This map is an indicator of how we calculate the freight costs for pipe and selected products. Depending on the region you are located in, determines the cost of the freight.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and is exclusive of GST. All transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time and for any reason. Special pricing given due to volume or job lots is based on all the product priced been ordered.
Information displayed on website
We endeavor to display correct information at all times, however any errors pertaining to product descriptions, photos, typographical errors, pricing errors or any other type of error is unintentional and subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.

Payment
Full payment will be made on confirmation of your online order. Payment in the amount of your total order will be deducted from your nominated credit card account. “Aqua Design Limited” will appear on the cardholder's statements for all transactions through this website.
